Who are the new searchers?  In other words, what demographic is the person assigned to the task of initially searching out a vendor, event or opportunity? Often it is a twenty-something entry-level staffer doing this.  Craft your marketing strategy to put your message and be findable in the search engines and sites where they look, which is probably very different from your traditional marketing strategy.
