Attending my grandson’s birthday party this weekend reinforced a valuable lesson about customer service. Held at a kids activity space, we had a party liaison who introduced herself & then was largely absent during the pizza party and initial clean up but came back & hung out at the end, likely seeking a tip. She got little.
