Choosing keywords for mobile may be different from desktop keywords. People search on mobile differently. Google has a good tool for finding mobile keywords.
Do you just post one time per message? Consider republishing content a 2nd or 3rd time since people check social media throughout the day and may miss the first time.
Keep social media content current…meaning post about today’s events of interest to followers, related to your business, & start conversations about their thoughts on it.
How’s your customer service on social media? Sprout Social reports that 88% of messages to companies go unanswered within 72 hours. Yikes!
Got a negative post? Instead of deleting it, acknowledge it, respond in a positive way, take the conversation offline, then, update the post showing resolution of the issue.
Use social media to make friends. It is easier to turn friends into customers than to convince strangers to buy.
Do not only select search terms relative to your products. Also think about terms customers might use in their lifestyles & that relate to products. #tiptuesday
One way to grow your followers . . . ask your current followers. Invite them to follow you on other platforms. #socialmediamarketing
Mobile directories are popular and plentiful. Register on all relevant ones you can. Search a couple of competitor names to find ones you may have overlooked. #mobilemonday
