Getting a negative review doesn’t have to be the end of the world. Firstly, it shows that your company is real in that everyone makes mistakes (companies with perfect 5.0 scores are not believable). Make time to address the complaint with a solution to show that there a real people who care at your company. Many negative posters will remove their complaint once the issue has been resolved.
