Careful about buy one get one (BOGO) offers. True, they can generate a nice sales rush. Only one problem, you’re actually selling your product at half price. Can you sustain your business on half price? Doubtful. Plus BOGO customers get hooked on the offer and its tough to wean them off BOGO to go back to full price.
