Most consumers feel that “all flooring stores are alike.”  We created the “You Get More!”™ branding strategy to differentiate these stores while generating traffic and sales.  We created a spokesperson, Nancy Henderson, who is typical of many of their customers and communicates some of the main benefits to Carpet One over the competitors.  Here is an in-store sign.
